What we do

THAMES SHORE POWER
HIGH VOLTAGE
SMARTDOCK NETWORK

29 MEGA WATTS OF POWER CREATING AN ULTRA LOW EMMISSIONS ZONE. DELIVERING CLEAN RENEWABLE POWER FOR THE LONDON RIVER COMMUNITY

Electrically powered water freight is estimated to shift the equivalent of 265,000 HGV movements each year in London

PROJECT FUNDING

NZMS are working with the Distribution Network Operator (UK Power Networks) to extend the High Voltage (HV 11,000 Volts) network to these locations on the river Thames.

We are also working closely with other strategic partners with a common objective to decarbonise the Thames. NZMS intends to use these network extensions at riverside piers to power a number of fast and slow charging stations for electric vessels as well as a variety of other electrically powered services.

THAMES HYDROGEN

GREEN MARINE HYDROGEN CENTRES

Working with select partners to deliver green marine  hydrogen facilities across the UK to support the hydrogen economy in key strategic locations.

The marine sector offers significant potential for non-road mobile transport and machinery fuel. Delivering hydrogen at strategic marine hubs has the potential to accelerate decarbonisation of the coastal marine sector.

Net Zero Marine Services is working closely with the Thames Estuary Growth Board to deliver a marine hydrogen ecosystem.
